What comes with a Welcome Kit?
Welcome Box (White, Pink, Light Blue, Oatmeal or Gold) with a personalized label
Treat Box: 3x3x3 white treat box with a personalized label
Personalized Water Bottle Label
Welcome Card (one sided printing included)
Single ribbon for the Welcome Box and single ribbon for the Treat box

Can I purchase only parts of the kits?
Yes, A la Carte items are available in available in quantities of 10
Treat boxes with personalized labels and single ribbon: perfect for favors or add a second treat box to your welcome kit

Water bottle labels: typically, there are at least 2 guests per hotel room

Double sided printing for Welcome Card: use reverse side for Rehearsal Dinner info, etc.

Extra treat labels: use them on favors

Double ribbon: choose a second ribbon to incorporate all of your wedding colors

Schedule of Events card: create an itinerary for your out of town guests

How do I design my Wedding Welcome Kit?
We have 9 designs available for your Welcome Kits. You may change the font, ribbon color and the ink color (no extra charge for additional ink colors). Keep in mind that colors may vary slightly from what you see in your proofs to what prints on the actual labels.

Do I get a Proof?
Welcome Kit orders include a complimentary proof of all labels and welcome card that will be emailed to you within 48 hours. The first 2 proofs will be done at no charge, additional proofs are $5.00.

How do the kits arrive?
All labels arrive adhered to both the Welcome Box and the Treat Box. Ribbon(s) arrive pre-cut so you can close your boxes once they are filled. To save on shipping costs, the boxes are not assembled, but are easy to put together.

How long until I receive my order?
Once your proof is approved, your order will ship within 3-4 days. If you need the order rushed, please contact us first to see if we can accommodate you.

Where can I buy your product?
You can order directly from Wedding Welcome Kits.com. If you prefer to see the product in person, you can search our store locator for a dealer near you.

How much is Shipping?
What we pay for shipping, you pay for shipping. USPS shipping rates are based on destination and weight which makes it impossible for us to come up with fair shipping rates. Initially, you will be charged for the order. Once we have the exact shipping rate, you will be charged again for the shipping fee. This way, we are sure not to overcharge anyone for shipping.

What if there is a problem with my order?
Errors should be reported within 3 days of receiving the order. If we caused the error, it will be corrected and redone at no charge. If the error was caused by the customer, we will come to a fair resolution to fix the problem.
